SK grew up with patience and an understanding
for nature and the many animals that were part of her
farm life in Eastern Washington. Talented
family members were the first to introduce SK, at a
very young age, to the many facets of the arts. Her
eye for color, focal point, fine composition and love
of her work, was developed early in her career. On-of-a-kind
freeform designs, bold colors, flowers and landscapes
are her passion.
Living
in beautiful rural Oregon, SK has the advantage of being
surrounded in natures magic living in Silverton, Oregon,
White Oaks Bed & Breakfast is where you meet
SK, and realize is she has non-stop and exciting creative
energy As an artist/designer, SK is constantly
striving for perfection in her craft. Her unique designs
and beautiful free-form styles have earned her the honor
of having her exclusive, copyrighted works in some of
the most beautiful homes in the United States. Her artwork,
from larger than life murals, interior design to custom
free-form carpets, can be found throughout the nation
in everything from private homes, retail business interiors
to restaurants, hotels and public buildings.
SK, is not only a carpet sculpture artist, designer
and painter, her skills and talent show most clearly
when she combines all her interior design and artist
skills. She will design and create rooms for you that
come alive with color, texture and form.
Her love of teaching has reached a new and exciting
